@Adam, The auction resulted in 116 buyer prospects, over 25 showings and strong competition from 8 bidders and a sale! The sales price is not public knowledge yet. We all have to wait until closing. The next Hawaiian auction is on Kauai with 3 properties available there and a sales date of Monday June 18, 2012. This should be interesting with 3 (some oceanfront) Kauai properties now being auctioned. Each were priced at $8.5mil and one is being sold without (minimum) reserve.
