The much anticipated and sold out subdivision of Kualono will be completed in the next few months. Owners of the lots are receiving letters now to be prepared to close in June 2017. While most of the owners are moving ahead with building their Maui dream homes, a few lots may be available for immediate purchase once the lots sell. There have been a few people that have already closed on their lots and there has been talk of a resale.
There are also a few owners that plan to build homes for resale. The location and design of Kualono is one of the best values that Upcountry Maui has to offer. The current MLS as of today shows the next active lot in Kula, Makawao, and Pukalani with a water meter is currently $354,000 (MLS# 370440). The lowest 1/2 acre property is $375,000 (MLS# 368016).

We understand the lots are all sold but, as you said, most great opportunities never make it to MLS.
