This North Kohala Coast Community consists of Forty two lots, in which the majority are 10 acres. If you are an equestrian bring your horses with you as the Ranch has an equestrian riding trail of almost four miles! You will never miss a sunset as all offer sweeping ocean views along with views of Maui and Lanai on clear days! Here one will have a ton privacy from your neighbors, yet will still be close to necessary amenities, Kohala Coast Resorts and some of the best beaches in the world! As of 02/09/2023 there is one home for sale, list price of $2,599,000 and one vacant 10 acre lot for, sale list price of $489,000.
Kohala Ranch
Kohala Ranch, Kohala Ranch Community Association – About Us (kohalaranchhawaii.com) is another option for those looking for larger parcels of land and for those with horses. Kohala Ranch is approximately 4000 acres of rolling hills ranging from about 300ft. elevation up to about 3000ft. elevation. It is here where one can choose the climate they prefer. There are three distinct areas of the Ranch including the Heathers, the Meadows and the Summit. If you prefer warmer beach like weather, the Heathers is perfect and offers luxury homesites with expansive ocean views. Just above the Heathers is the Meadows at approximately 1000-2000ft. elevation. The Meadows is a bit less expensive than the Heathers and all lots offer expansive ocean views too. Above the Meadows is the Summit. The Summit area offers larger parcels of land of approximately 10 acres perfect for those with horses as the climate is a bit cooler at this higher elevation area of the Ranch. Did I mention that the humpback whales congregate in front of this subdivision each whale season. Kohala By The Sea
Kohala By The Sea, i Home | Kohala By The Sea is located just above Kohala Waterfront and consists of 73 one-plus acre lots. This premiere gated community offers panoramic ocean views and stunning daily sunsets. Located at a lower elevation from approximately 200ft. elevation to about 700ft. elevation, one can enjoy the balmy tropical weather and lovely sea breezes. Most luxury homes here are owner-occupied which gives residents a sense of community. Some homesites here even have a view of Maui. I lived in this subdivision for almost 9 years and miss is dearly. As of 02/09/2023 there is only one home for sale, list price of $2,999,000 and no lots available.
