Big news for Mililani! It’s finally happening….Koa Ridge will be coming to market and beginning pre-sales of their brand new single family homes this summer (exact date to be determined). The highly anticipated home development by Castle & Cooke Hawaii will be available for sale this summer. This project has been years in the making but recently, the floor plans have been released and there is confirmation from the developer that they will in fact begin pre-sales soon. Koa Ridge Master Association fee, and a $50/mo. maintenance fee which will go towards maintaining the neighborhood grounds, employing association staff to manage the neighborhoods and towards the amenities that will be included in this new development.
