Kauna’oa Market Update
Within the past few months, there has been an uptick of market activity within the Kauna’oa Community. Since March, two Halia Hale townhomes have sold, and a third is currently under contract. Halia Hale 5B sold for $3.2 Million, Halia Hale 10A sold for $2.5 million, and Halia Hale 6B just went into escrow. Two vacant homesites recently sold. Lot #9 closed escrow in June for $1.56 million and Lot #28 sold in July for $695K. Construction of two custom single family homes on lots #9 & #10 recently broke ground, and construction on lots #6 and #15 are slated to break ground in the near future.
