Kauai Home Sales End of March 2022 vs March 2021

Aloha! It’s April 2022 and in this video we’re taking a look at Kauai residential home sales to see how they did for the first three months year to date compared to this same time in 2021.

For homes in March of 2022 the average days on market (DOM) was 57, compare that to March of 2021 when it was 98.

Interesting Fact: I did a little further digging and found that the sold price compared to the original list price for homes from this year to last is very close;  98.1% in March of 2022 and 96.3% March of 2021.

The median price jumped from $1,055,500 in March of 2021 to $1,200,000 in March of 2022.

These numbers are general in nature and might not reflect your particular area of interest, please give me a call to see how these numbers relate to what you are interested in.
