This complex is in the perfect location within Kapaa. The bike path runs right outside of the parking lot and can walk/bike to Kapaa Town and Waipouli easily. There are 3 buildings (A, B, and C) and a total of 81 total units. Most of the units are Leasehold and in a Timeshare program. However, some leaseholders have purchased the leases, and these units are fee simple property. I particularly like the 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath units with the vaulted ceilings. The lanai is a perfect relaxation location with a stunning view. If you are looking for a larger condo in Kapaa on the ocean, this is something you shouldn’t overlook. Stayed there once and the beach and ocean is unswimable and hardly any shops or restaurants near by.
