Reservation Process
With its latest release to the public of 10 condominiums priced from $475,000 – $494,500, Phase 2 was sold out within hours. Due to Maui County regulations, advanced warning of release dates of condos is prohibited. This means that reservations can only be made once an announcement has been published in The Maui News.
The reservation list is first come, first served, provided that you have all the required paperwork in order and a $5,000 earnest money deposit. Starting with the first reservation, each potential home owner receives a quick construction site tour and 48 hours to choose their home, or forfeit their spot. This process continues down the list in chronological order.
Due to high demand, not all people who line up will receive a home and may be placed on a wait list or will have to reapply come the next Phase release.
Floor Plans
Kamani at Kehalani consists of two town-homes within a single building. There are a total of three floor plans:
- Phase 1 included just the Mau Loa (Plan Z) floor plan
- Phase 2 included Mau Loa (Plan Z) Ho’okipa (Plan X)
- Laule’a (Plan Y) has yet to be released.
It is unknown which floor plans will be included in future Phases until their release date. Proposed site plan of all phases of Kamani at Kehalani.
