West Maui, it seems (at least for the moment) the wait is over. The wait being the long-anticipated workforce housing segment of Standford Carr’s new development project Kahoma Village located in between Front St and Honoapiilani Hwy just on the northern side of downtown Lahaina.

Our offices received an email from the developer’s sales office dated November 24th, 2017 that reads, “Workforce Housing Informational Seminars begin December 2017!” It further states that the “developer is holding multiple days of seminars in the coming month to kick off Workforce Housing Applications.”
Additionally, they will also provide specific qualification guidelines in the next two weeks so as I’ve written recently before “get locked and loaded!” Translation “get pre-qualified!”
