My wife Susan and I are planning to move to the Big Island in the spring of 2022. We have been to the Big Island before and would like to begin researching homes along the Kohala Coast. We have been to Kona, Waikoloa, Kawaihae and Waimea.
We are retired couple from Chicago and will be looking for a single family home. Our price range would be $550K to $675K. We are currently renting a townhouse and would like some input from you regarding opportunities. Unless travel restrictions persist, we are planning a trip in the summer of this year. Mahalo.
