Island Bikram Yoga in Waikoloa

Have you ever had one of those moments when you thought, “I wish I had known about this years ago!”? Well, that sums up my feelings after my first Bikram yoga class at Island Bikram Yoga in Waikoloa. It has been two years now and I can honestly say it has been life changing.

My first introduction to yoga was years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. I learned some of the basic poses and I practiced them for years. It wasn’t until my good friend Francesca suggested I try out a class with her in the hot room did I really discover what I had been missing.

If you have ever thought about taking a class but just didn’t know where to start, just do it. Come in and talk with Yolanda the owner. She has over twenty years of experience and will take the time to explain the different classes so you can feel comfortable and know what to expect. She can even help you with the best clothing to wear as well as help you choose a mat and towel that will work best for you.

Since starting my yoga journey at Island Bikram Yoga in Waikoloa, my life has transformed in such a way that it even prompted my husband to join in the fun! There are classes for every level from beginner to advanced. Give Yolanda a call and ask about private lesson or a complimentary class.

Yes, unfortunately she closed December 31st , 2023. I will still in touch with her and she is doing well. I miss my yoga sisters though.
