The first impression of a home is essential. And usually, that first impression comes from images found on the home’s online listing. Did you know that over 90% of home buyers use the internet as part of their home search? That is why we believe professional photos and staging are the foundation for great marketing and ultimately result in quicker sales. We’ve seen crummy photos turn clients away from a decent house and fantastic photos sway a client towards a home they weren’t initially interested in because the images and staging allowed them to see an alternative vision.
When we list a home, we feel it is important to spend time with the sellers to evaluate how the home will present itself in photos as well as in person and what, if any, additional staging may be needed. Part of our services include basic staging at no cost to the seller as well as resources for larger scale projects that may require a professional staging team.

As the listing agent, it is also part of our service to provide interior and exterior professional photography, drone images, and virtual tours. We take pride in the fact that we work with the most cutting-edge real estate photographers who provide high-quality edited images that can be used for a variety of marketing material, which includes but not limited to: MLS, syndicated real estate search engines, social media, mailers, and blogs.
We believe in creating an authentic representation of your home and we work closely with the photographer to make sure that that vision is carried out during the shoot. One member of our team is always on site during the day of the shoot, helping to curate and direct in order to show the property in the best light. There is a higher perceived value in the buyer’s eyes when a home looks well put together and we are committed to making sure that happens.
If you are interested in learning more about the services our team offers, we are happy to visit with you in your home. We look forward helping to make your house outshine the others and getting it sold as quickly as possible.

Yes, first impressions are important especially on the web. Here are some interesting statistics from a Redfin survey (Realty Times magazine) about how much more money a home sells for with professional real estate photography and staging: https://realtytimes.com/advicefromtheexpert/item/1040479-does-staging-and-professional-photography-make-a-difference
