Current listings for homes and condos built from 2014 to projected dates beyond 2016 range from $467,700 for a 1 bed/1 bath reserved housing unit condo at Keauhou Place (Kakaako) to $4,850,000 for a 2 bed/2.5 bath condo at Gateway Towers (Kakaako, 2019).
