Makamae by Gentry
Our last and most highly anticipated development is Makamae. Makamae, meaning “ Most Precious One,” is the newest and will be the last community by Gentry Homes in Ewa.
What we know so far is, there will be about 150 homes built. Makamae will have 4 different floor plans with 4 beds 3 baths or 3 beds with a den/loft option with approximately 1,845 to 2,128 square feet of living space. The base price will start in the mid $800k. We’re being told they are similar to Coral Ridge.
These homes do not have maintenance fees but there will be an association fee announced. Makamae will be first come first serve. Once a potential homebuyer has submitted the required documentation, they will add your name to a waiting list. The number of homes offered per month will be about 3 to 4.
The model homes for Makamae are now open by appointment only. There are no walk-ins for these homes and there is a process in order to see the model homes. If you would like a copy of Makamae’s brochure, please reach out.
Don’t Forget
If you would like to see these homes, it is very important you don’t forget to bring your agent with you on the first visit. It’s Gentry’s policy that your agent will need to accompany you on the first visit to be able to represent you.
Remember as a buyer it doesn’t cost you anything to have a buyer’s agent. The seller will pay for the commissions and you’ll be best protected.
