The team at Hawaii Life recently launched a comprehensive online resource to help our home buying clients navigate the many new real estate developments popping up across the state. We recognized that for the average consumer, trying to visit every development sales office would require a lot of time, effort, and resources. With that in mind, we created this online hub – a one-stop shop where you can view all the latest new construction across all islands, with plenty of user-friendly features, additional materials that you can easily download, and convenient links to help you browse, learn and choose the development that best suits your needs and lifestyle.

We launched the new microsite in the fall of 2017 with the help and input of all of the developers statewide, letting the design be guided by imagery. Each development’s microsite is visually driven, with information organized in the same way on each page to help readers to find the information they’re looking for.

With so much new construction and so many appealing features, locations, amenities, and lifestyles to choose from, we recognized that it can be daunting to surf the internet in search of the right fit for you and your family. Unique among real estate brokerage firms, we offered each new project development a microsite, complete with information about the development’s many features and amenities, maps, links, and convenient, downloadable files that include floor plans, developer brochures, and more.

It’s design and navigation are aligned with our already robust digital platforms, with Hawaii Life’s clean lines and simple features that are easy to navigate. Our new development web pages are housed in the drop-down list that appears under the Real Estate tab on our website’s landing page and can be accessed at hawaiilife.com/developments. You can easily search new residential developments by island, or search for a specific name in the search bar at the top of the page.
