The Golf Villas at Mauna Lani Resort have become quite popular with those wanting peace, quiet, and great mountain and golf course views. For quite awhile, buyers considered the Golf Villas to be removed from the center of activities within the resort. While they haven’t changed their location, the opinion of the buyers certainly shows a change.
I just closed escrow on a listing of mine in the Golf Villas on a three bedroom end unit (M1); the largest floor plan of the four available, which was fully furnished turn-key ready at $595,000. It sold in 5 days on market!
I am in escrow currently with buyer clients on a Golf Villas two bedroom floor plan with the extra living space in the loft that my clients plan to use as an office/TV room. Great floor space of 1,400+ sq. feet in a two bedroom. The only draw back that I see in this floor plan is that you have to climb stairs (interior) as soon as you enter the front door.
For less than $400,000, to be in the Mauna Lani Resort with a fabulous golf course fronting unit from all but the Q building (interior and faces the pool complex), the Golf Villas are the value purchase of the resorts at this time!
Remember, as with all properties in the Mauna Lani Resort, the Advantage Membership Program is available upon application offering discounts and owner’s privileges throughout the resort in addition to membership of the Beach Club at Mauna Lani at no additional cost.
Living and loving the resort life!
