NorthPark Lottery
Good news, Gentry Homes recently announced their next lottery at NorthPark. Hi Everyone, this is Fawn Bertram. This lottery will be open to owner-occupants. There will be 5 single-family homes released in Phase 9. The base price has increased by $8,000 due to these homes being located on perimeter lots.
What that means is you won’t have a neighbor behind you. The backyard will be larger and facing an open field.
Single Family Homes
The single-family homes are priced from $701,400 to $721,500. The homes are 3 – 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and have move-in dates around September 2021.
Lottery Dates:
The lottery application is due on Friday, May 28th by 3 pm, which consists of a lottery application, home selection form, and pre-qual letter.
The lottery will take place on Saturday, June 5th at 11 AM.
