Welcome to 216 Kamakoi Loop. The front lawn is full of citrus trees — there’s lime and Jabon and a variety of different citrus right out on the front yard. From the front yard of this property, you get a spectacular view, and there’s a great lawn right out here. Now, if you could imagine, some people have talked about putting a pool right out front.

Kitchen
The kitchen is really cool. It’s really large, great lighting, beautiful countertops and granite countertops, new stove, new fridge. The cabinets are all solid wood. Very serviceable, very livable, really nice property. Another cool feature of the kitchen is that it’s got this great wraparound snack bar so you can put bar stools all the way around. What an amazing kitchen for entertaining. Plus, you can see the ocean all the way from the kitchen.
Master Suite
The master bedroom is very spacious with plenty of closet space and an amazing bay window with an incredible view from the master suite.
The master bathroom is large and full of opportunity. Right now it’s a little bit on the pink side. I just think that if you were going to take some time and energy and spend it in here and reconfigure this, it could be one of the most amazing master suites in all of Kihei.
More About The Home
This home still needs some work, but it is incredibly well built. I knew the original owner who had it built, and she just was so focused on creating an exceptional quality home. It hasn’t had a whole lot of work done to it over the course of the years- it’s been a rental property, and so now it really needs some updating. But my sellers said, “You know what? We would rather have the new buyer make it exactly the way they want it instead of us just putting some band-aids on it,” so they recognize it needs some updating.
We were talking about pricing it well over $2 million, but because of the repairs and the updates that are needed, we’re coming in at just under $2 million. About the Neighborhood
Kamakoi Loop is its own subdivision in the Keonekai Area. There are association rules in this particular neighborhood, but a little bit looser than maybe the Moana Estates or some of the newer developments. However, when you look up at these homes here, they just have absolutely spectacular views.
