Most Expensive Luxury Compound on Oahu Sits Waiting for Billionaire Buyer
(Honolulu, Hawaii) How could you miss the latest news that the world’s billionaires are doing just fine amidst tough economic times? Especially, Yuri Milner, who recently forked out a whopping $100 million for a California mansion—the most expensive single family home ever sold in the U.S. Perhaps, he will be spending his Christmas in his new 25,500 square foot “French chataue on steroids Oasis” in California.
The digital sky technology tycoon should consider Oahu’s most expensive luxury multi-family residence in Kahala—the Beverly Hills of Hawaii. It cost just a fraction of the $100 million the billionaire paid for his Los Altos property.
Let’s take a look at this $32 million Kahala compound that has three dwellings, which includes a 9 bedroom residence on the beach. Perfect for an executive who loves to entertain. There are two guest homes, each offering four-bedroom havens.
Take a drive through Kahala Avenue, the road that leads to the late Jack Lord’s condo estate, and you might get a glimps of this secluded gem.
Imagine having a white sandy beach all to yourself and swimming in warm emerld waters
This Kahala estate sits on a 62,872 sq. ft. lot, 18,388 sq. ft. interior, with 125 linear feet of beach frontage.
Mr. Milner, have your secretary contact me, your offer on this exclusive Kahala sparkling diamond is just waiting for your signature.

The comment about having a private beach … or a beach to yourself… No one can own any beach here. Native Hawaiians use the ocean as a resource and so legally no one can own a beach.
