Last weekend I had the pleasure of being able to view this brand new development in Ewa Beach on Oahu. This development has 4 models to choose from. There will be three different 4 bed/3 bath models and one 3 bed/2 bath model to choose from. The prices are starting in the mid $600k to $700k mark.
The builder did release 4 lots, but they have all sold with a waiting list from what I understand. Move-in on those is set for Oct./Nov.2016. There are about 12-15 homes that are already in that they are completing now. If you are familiar with the Parkside/Sandalwood Devolpment, these are the same homes with an upgrade and one of the 4 bed/3 bath models is a new floor plan. The first release of homes were on the backside of Coral Creek Golf Course, which is very nice.

The location of this new devolpment is very close to great shopping and brand new mall, Ka Makana Alii, schools, beaches, parks, Queens West Hospital, and a lot more.
Interested, But Off Island?
So back to our hot market here in Ewa Beach and in the Oahu marketplace. If you see a home of interest and you are off island, you can still submit an offer and feel confident with the home you are buying thanks to all the new technology out there. What I do with my clients is Facetime or a Skype video call; we walk and talk and go over the home so my clients feel confident with the offer and the home they are buying.
I am bringing this up because in this hot market homes go fast and sometimes it takes several offers before you can get a home. So when clients are off island, if they happen to see a home on the internet and can’t fly out to see it, or have a move date and need to be in a home by a certain deadline, sometimes video meetings are the perfect solution. There are a lot of different scenarios, but this is a common issue, and is easily taken care of when you are taken care of by your agent and are in the right hands.
