The Anthurium Building is on the north side, and the Plumeria building is on the south side, with the gardens in the middle. The saline pool, wading pool, and jacuzzi are positioned in the middle garden area, along with the 5 barbecue grills, and putting green. The staggered configuration of Kauhale Makai, allows all units to have an ocean view. They consist of studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom units. All units have central air conditioning, full kitchens, internet and cable as standard amenities.
