Diane Pool Leads Hawai‘i Life’s Wailea Office as Broker-in-Charge

We are excited to welcome Diane Pool to her new role as Broker-in-Charge in South Maui, where she will help lead our team of real estate professionals at the Wailea Hawai’i Life Office in South Maui.

Diane has a background in general contracting, development, property management, commercial leasing, and luxury real estate that is reinforced by her commitment to professional integrity. Living on Maui since 1991, she has purchased land, designed, built, and sold homes in Wailea through several real estate cycles. This hands-on experience has equipped Diane with extensive knowledge, enabling her to educate clients and other REALTORS® on the changing climates of the Maui real estate market.

For over two decades, Diane has found tremendous success in real estate sales in the Wailea, Makena, and Kihei communities. In early 2022, Diane and the Wailea Realty team merged with Hawai’i Life to offer a newfound depth of market share and a presence in all of South Maui. Now, Diane is bringing more than 30 years of real estate experience and an impressive track record to her new position as Broker-in-Charge. 

As a real estate leader, Diane is dedicated to longevity with integrity, which has been pivotal to her success over the years. Diane’s focus is on the lifestyle her clients want on Maui and on working to meet their needs utilizing Hawai’i Life’s resources. As Broker-in-Charge, she will help lead the team of real estate professionals out of our Hawai’i Life Maui Office in the Shops at Wailea. 

“I’m so excited about the level of support that Hawai’i Life’s marketing and technology offers our team at the Maui Shops at Wailea!” said Diane, who has a double degree in Computer Engineering and Electronic Technologies, and is passionate about technology and automation. 

Over the years, Diane has earned many awards as a top producer, including being honored as one of Hawai’i Business Magazine’s Top 100. She has also demonstrated leadership and volunteerism in South Maui as an advocate for the Maui Humane Society, 9th Life Hawai’i, and the Maui Foodbank. Diane is also a long-standing supporter of the V Foundation for Cancer Research, Assistance Dogs of Hawaii and Habitat for Humanity.
