Times were simpler back in 1941 when this cottage (MLS# 201611206) was built near the beach at the foot of Diamond Head. No need for a/c when you build a home that opens up to capture the trade winds. The neighborhood used to be mainly homes like these, but over the years, one by one they are torn down and replaced with large homes. You certainly could do that here. Add a second story and you would have panoramic views of Diamond Head and the ocean.
