Dean & Deluca to Open Third Hawaii Location, First Outside Waikiki

The Howard Hughes Corp. has named its first commercial tenant for Koula, the sixth mixed-use tower at Ward Village, a Dean & Deluca café that will face Victoria Ward Park.

The 1,700-sqft ground-floor café is scheduled to open in 2022 and will be the third Hawaii location for the gourmet food shop and the first outside Waikiki. Dean & Deluca Hawaii also has stores at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach and at Royal Hawaiian Center.

Koula公寓楼盘坐落在维多利亚州沃德公园旁，Dean＆DeLuca的新店也将为Ward Village社区内的居民提供便捷舒适的简餐体验，居民们可以与家人和朋友一同在公园里享受午后的野餐时光，同时享受Dean & Deluca带来的最优质的的高档食材。

Koula项目楼盘位于Auahi大街上，紧邻沃德娱乐中心，整个公寓楼将可享受山景和海景，同时面朝即将落成的Ward Village Central Plaza公园，该公园贯穿Queen大街到阿拉莫阿那海滨大道，地理位置极佳。Kō’ula将在较低楼层设置多个商铺空间，巧妙的建筑设计将室内与室外生活完美结合。该楼盘总计规划565个住宅单位，1~3居室户型，面积从28平方米至140平方米不等，每户均设有私密户外露台。该楼盘的建筑设计师 – Jeanne Gang也表示，建筑物的平缓弯曲结构也将确保每个单位都可以享受迷人的海景。
