Think of me as your wingman or your best girlfriend. I can introduce you to awesome lenders and title experts. Trust me, you will be a better catch when you’re hanging with the right crowd.
Get Pre-Approved
Like most adults, homes want to know you can pay the bills, so we’ll get you set up with an awesome pre-approval letter you can flash around when you find the right one.
Find the Right One
You’re probably going to have to sift through some weirdos first but we’ll find you the perfect trophy house or maybe a fixer upper (tell me you haven’t dated one of those!)

Negotiate A Deal
Just like in love, home buying will likely require some negotiation. I’ll play bad cop, you play good cop. In fact, I’ll handle the whole courtship to make sure you don’t miss any important dates or milestones. That’s really a deal killer and homes hate that!
