Current Inventory at Alii Lani

The numbers are in, there are currently 13 condos for sale in Alii Lani; 7 are short sales, 2 are REO, all ranging in price from $149,000-$249,000. 11 are currently contingent, or under contract. This means there is an accepted offer, and they are waiting to remove any contingencies to the offer, and should be closing escrow soon. These range in price from $135,000-$175,000. 4 of the units are REO’s and 6 are short sales. There have been 26 homes sold this year already, and again 6 were short sales, and 9 have been REO’s ranging in price $148,000-$180,000. In the peak of the market these homes were in the high $300’s.

The Alii Lani Community

This newly built condo community was constructed in 2000, and is located on Alii Drive. The buildings are two stories high, and are made up of low-rise garden-style units.
