CEO & Principal Matt Beall Selected For New Agent Advisory Board at Concierge Auctions
Concierge Auctions, the world record holder for luxury homes sold at auction, has selected Hawaii Life CEO & Principal Broker Matt Beall as a founding member of its Agent Advisory Board. As one of ten industry leaders from around the world, Beall will provide guidance to the leading luxury real estate marketplace.
This group of esteemed top agents and brokers, who together have garnered billions of dollars in luxury sales across the globe, represent a thinktank on the state of luxury real estate sales and marketing. The board will meet quarterly to share insights and guide Concierge Auctions, particularly in its relationship to the brokerage community, with a focus on agent-specific education, tools, and technology.
In 2008, Matt Beall formed Hawaii Life. In just over a decade, the company has enjoyed incredible growth and success, quickly become one of the largest and most successful firms in Hawaii, with more than 350 brokers, agents and employees statewide. Beall has served as the President of the Kauai Board of Realtors, on the Executive Committee of the Hawaii Association of Realtors, and is currently a member of four separate realtor associations across Hawaii. He also serves on the board and is a founding member of the Hawaiian Islands Land Trust.
“We’ve had so many great sales with Matt and his team over the years. They are truly one of our biggest advocates. We are thrilled to welcome him to the Advisory Board and will gain so much from his expertise. Tapping the collective knowledge of such an esteemed group of individuals is a true honor,” said Laura Brady, President of Concierge Auctions. “In our business, information and relationships are everything, and each of these agents and brokers represents the best of the best in not only their marketplaces but also the world over.”
“The clients for high-end real estate in Hawaii are primarily from out-of-state, and they visit on their schedule, periodically throughout the year,” said Matt Beall. “That reality is very different from a residential market, especially when it comes to Days on Market for a high-end asset. Concierge provides an expedited process for our sellers, so they can be in control of the timing of their sale. They run a sprint where we have to run a marathon. It’s a brilliant exit-strategy for many of our clients.”
The first meeting of the Advisory Board took place earlier this year at the Montage Los Cabos in Cabos San Lucas, Mexico. By sharing their collective wisdom, these real estate leaders will become a resource for agents and brokers who are seeking information on the auction process. Board members serve as ambassadors on behalf of Concierge Auctions in their communities, as well as at industry events.
“Our first meeting was highly productive,” added Chad Roffers, Chairman of Concierge Auctions. “Already we have an exciting list of new ideas to implement and we look forward to continuing to refine our luxury marketplace as a resource for sellers on a fixed timeline.”
Other Concierge Auctions Agent Advisory Board members include Paul Benson of Engel & Völkers in Park City, Utah; Kristen Routh-Silberman of Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty in Las Vegas, Nevada; Billy Nash of Nash Luxury in Palm Beach, Florida; Marcie Hartley of Hilton & Hyland in Los Angeles, California; Seth O’Byrne, Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in San Diego, California; Kyle Crews, Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Dallas, Texas; John Christie, HG Christie in the Bahamas; John McMonigle of the McMonigle Group in Newport Beach, California; and Frank Aazami of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in Phoenix, Arizona.
