What is the current range of construction costs for building a custom home in the Mauna Kea area? On a square foot basis, I mean. Assume a house of about 4,000 SF.
How much does an average swimming pool cost to build (say 15 x 30 size, with a max depth of about 5 feet)?
Thanks for your assistance!
