I think this lot 11 is really my favorite lot. I just like the idea of looking towards the Harbor. I have stood right in the spot where the most beautiful of homes would look out on the Ocean and it is really something to take in. Having found some premium lots on the island over the years to build houses on, this lot is by far in the top five considering value and location. This property is a super deal.
