Index Reveals State of Hawaii Remains in First Place For Best of Well-Being

“Well-being” means financial, health, and social ills in the whole nation’s score. Hawaii state remains in first place for best of “well-being” according to 24/7 Wall St. Under such an economic depression period, we are still the best in America. From that point, when we look at our real estate market, we should say we are also still the best place for investors and home buyers.

Our property’s value since the world economic depression’s beginning are still very stable. We did not have such a big up and down like California, Florida, Arizona etc., and it runs very smoothly going to market value. Most investors should be very appreciative that they invested here; they did not lose huge property values. The following several examples of sold condos also tell us our investment properties are getting better and better:
