We’ve had a stellar year in Puamana with over $40M in sales volume, although most of the sales were made in the first half of the year. As 2022 wraps up, we are experiencing a pause in the Maui real estate market. Sellers are slightly adjusting sales prices and we are seeing properties stay longer on the market.
