A recent performance of Evita at the Aloha Theatre

Whether you are a theatre buff or simply looking to experience a fresh dimension of the Hawaii lifestyle, the Aloha Theatre’s current feature, Evita, is a must-see. With the musical score written by Andrew Lloyd Weber (Phantom of the Opera, Cats) and lyrics by Tim Rice (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar), this musical follows the life of Eva Peron, the larger-than-life First Lady of Argentina in the mid-1900’s.
