Akoko at Ho’opili Close Out – Two Units Remaining

Located in the new D.R. Horton master-planned community of Ho’opili otherwise known as East Kapolei, Akoko is almost nearing its completion. There are only 2 units left awaiting a buyer. Akoko features both affordable and market-priced units; however, the 2 remaining are market units as there are no longer any affordables left. Akoko finalizes construction of last buildings

Unit 307

First up is Unit 307, which is a plan L104. This is the largest plan offered featuring 1519 sqft of living space spread over 2 levels, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a 1 car garage plus 1 open stall, an entry lanai, and a balcony. Pricing was recently cut by $20,000, resulting in an offered price of $630,247. Maintenance fees are $405/month with the Ho’opili Master Association fee coming in at a very low $59/month. Completion is estimated to be this March.

Unit 308

Second and last is Unit 308 which is a plan M104. Also a spacious townhome with 1180 sqft of living space, single level, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a 1 car garage plus 1 open stall, and an entry lanai. This unit is priced at $584,421 and is projected to be completed for a lucky buyer this March. Maintenance fees are $315/month with the $59/month Ho’opili Master fee.

If these don’t fit the bill, or the opportunity is missed, don’t fret! As Akoko closes its chapter, the next development called Kohina opens a new one. As D.R. Horton introduces Kohina, we all anxiously await this truly unique development.
