A Tech Entrepreneur’s 50-Acre Property Kauai’s North Shore Asks $30 Million

“One of the largest estates on the Hawaii island of Kauai is coming on the market for $30 million.
The 50-acre property contains three houses and art and yoga studios, said Matthew G. Beall of Hawaii Life, who has the listing with Chris Sadler of Resort Properties of the Pacific. The property is located in the pricey Princeville neighborhood on the island’s North Shore”.
“The property’s three houses total about 7,200 square feet, according to Beall. A driveway lined with royal palm trees leads to the Spanish Revival main house, which was built around 1986. The roughly 4,200-square-foot house has four bedrooms, a terracotta roof and an outdoor pool”.
