4 Stand Out Features of This Luxury Condominium in Poipu Beach, Kauai

I’m a Realtor, but I’m also a matchmaker. It’s an exciting process to listen to what my clients want and match them up with a property that is the best fit. So, in that respect no property here in Poipu competes with each other, they all have their own special offerings.

And this is how it was for my clients who were looking for an island home here on Kauai. When I listened to what they wanted, I kept thinking about Koloa Landing. We toured a couple of units and found the most perfect one.
Here are just a few of my favorite features about this unit:

1. No Stairs

My clients wanted to avoid stairs and while this unit was on the ground floor any unit in this complex would have worked. You have elevator access to every unit and all floor plans are single-level. A really nice elevator feature is each unit has its own private floor that the elevator opens up to. Units that are side by side have the elevator open up on the side of the building the unit is on.

2. Indoor-Outdoor Living

Corner units have wrap-around lanais and disappearing sliding glass doors. This is perhaps my favorite feature and it’s Hawaii living at its best. Slide those glass doors into the wall and you have a massive indoor/outdoor living area, the lanais have a large overhang to protect you from the sun and wind. Love, love, love this feature.

3. High-End Smart Features

All units have high-end finishings, central ac and smart, modern functional floor plans. A super smart feature is the sliding lanai doors have a sensor on them that shuts off the ac when they are opened. There are 5 different floor plans for two or three bedroom condominiums.

4. Lots of Room for Lounging

Koloa Landing has fabulous pools and many cabanas. There are three pools throughout the complex, the main one has a waterslide, a wall of water, a cave, spouting water feature and a shallow sandy beach for the kids, and the cabanas are heavenly. Each cabana has a tv, ceiling fan and a refrigerator with snacks. There is an additional pool by buildings two and three and a third pool by building six that is a “tranquility pool” for adults only.
