3 Great VA-Approved Waikiki Condos

Finding a VA-approved condo in Waikiki can sometimes be tricky. Finding one in great move-in condition can often be impossible. I’ve found three 2-bedrooms that are not only VA approved and updated, but under the VA loan limit as well.

Ala Wai Palms Unit #501

Ala Wai Palms unit #501 (MLS# 201627478) is airy, bright, and modern. Located in Mid-Waikiki, it is close to the beach, shopping, and nightlife that make Waikiki great. Two bedrooms, each with their own contemporary bath as well as a sleek kitchen off the open great room, make for very stylish living. This one is sold fully (and tastefully) furnished.

Crescent Park Unit #1502

Crescent Park unit #1502 (MLS# 201622987) is on the Diamond Head end of Waikiki near the zoo and Kapiolani Park as well as Queen’s Beach. This updated 2-bedroom boasts a large lanai with great views. Located on the cool side of the building with Diamond Head views. Crescent Park is well managed and has the lowest HOA fees of the three condos.

Lanikea Unit #602

Lanikea #602 (MLS# 201625250) is located near Fort DeRussy on the Ewa end of Waikiki. This 2-bedroom condo is great for roommates as the two suites are on opposite sides of the living area. The Lanikea is a luxury building with a great pool. This unit comes with two parking spaces as well. The building is pet-friendly.

I want a condo in Waikiki with a lanai, bathtub, spa if possible. Additionally, the condo must be 200,000 or less with a manageable maintenance fee of 300.00 a month. Do you have such a property?
