Oahu 1 Bedroom Condo in Punahou Park Place
Punahou Park Place is a highly desirable, rarely available building. Here we have a generous 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a 610 square foot interior as well as an 81 square foot lanai. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the lanai.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood, near the bus stop, next to Makiki Park, close to University of Manoa.
The building is 100% insured and there are no current assessment charges. Conveniently, the Maintenance Fee is just $382.27, which covers sewer, water and insurance for the building.

Ada Mark
Ada Mark is a REALTOR Broker with Hawai'i Life.
I was born in Hong Kong when it was still a British Colony, and our family moved to Vancouver Island off the west coast of Canada when I was a kid! Little did I know about North America. I graduated from Cowichan High School, and in a couple of years I moved south to Hawaii. I went to UH, and graduated with a Fashion Merchandising degree, I worked as a department manager, a buyer and then a wholesaler! Since I had a lot sales experience under my belt, I then decided to try my hand at real estate. Now the rest is history. I have been doing real estate for the last 30 years. I find it challenging, and rewarding. It is totally gratifying when you are able to help someone make a decision of a lifetime; they will appreciate you for life (a long time)!
In the meantime, my goal in life outside of my real estate career, is my family, my grandson who is the apple in my eyes. As of Feb 2, 2020, this 22-month old said to me "love Nana"! That makes everything worthwhile.
My passion is cooking. When I immerse in my cooking, I find great pleasure especially when my food is done unconventionally and turned out perfect!
Travelling has been a fun goal for my husband and I since we have been married (17 wonderful years). Pete has visited part of all 7 continents and I have been to 5. Our favorite continent at this time is no doubt "Africa". I would go back there in a heart beat!
I also love flowers, and I grow orchids in my backyard. And it is because the love of flowers, I have become interested in IKEBANA, which is a Japanese flower arrangement class. It gives me immense pleasure especially when my sensei approves of my arrangement!
Also, I recently enrolled in piano classes which I enjoy and they help to de-stress my daily real estate work. Learning the Chinese instrument called an Erhu is my new thing now, I'll tell you more in a few months!
I do try to apply my interests into practice. I cook for the homeless for our church once or twice a month. I put my flower arrangement into "Open House" to enhance the look for my Seller's property. I developed a lot of our travelling photos for staging of our clients home.
Last but not least, because I love life, I love people and someone up above wants me to share my love and passion of life with people whom have very short term to live. I have been a volunteer in one of the Hospice Organization for the last 5-6 years, and that give me satisfaction beyond words.
