REALTOR SALESPERSON

I literally have Kaua’i in my soul. When I first settled on Kaua’i in 1971, I lived in a treehouse with a small community of surfers drawn to Kaua’i by amazing surf breaks and seclusion. My love of, and connection to nature, inspired me to call Kaua’i home for the past 53 years. Although I have traveled the world, my heart has always been on the Garden Island, embraced by Kaua’i's unparalleled beauty and rural lifestyle. My five children were born and raised on the North Shore of Kaua’i.

When I married my husband Rick (an amazing sailor and overall water man) and settled on a secluded beachfront property at Pila'a on Kaua’i's North Shore, living completely off-the-grid, I knew that I had "arrived". We recently sold our beachfront home and purchased a Pu'u Po'a condo in Princeville. Our unit is elegant and homey. The bluff front location offers epic ocean, mountain, sunset and surf views. We can walk to the beach and the 1 Hotel within minutes. We truly feel that we have found our forever home!

After 3 decades of being a licensed Realtor (Sales)I am now fortunate enough to have one of my daughters Savannah Kinney savannahkinney@hawaiilife.com as my beautiful and amazing assistant! Born and raised on Kaua'i , she has everything it takes to wow you! We look forward to serving you!

I have been involved in marketing for my entire adult life. With over 140 million dollars in "public" real estate sales on Kaua'i. I love where I live and I love my job. With a wealth of local knowledge, I share deep insight and history of Kaua'i and it's unique lifestyle. I embrace every aspect of assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions. Our service does not end when a deal is completed. We remain at your service, whatever you may need, whenever you need us.

From France to Thailand and Guatemala to Kuala Lumpur, I have traveled and sailed the world. But of all the beautiful and wonderful adventures I have experienced, I will tell you flat out, there is no place that compares to Kaua’i.

Our entire family loves to sail, swim, snorkel, surf, beachcomb, snow ski, snowboard and practice yoga,. I love to play the guitar, piano, ukulele and spend time with family and friends. Life on Kaua'i is the best!

We are loyal, hardworking, and nurturing. As realtors, Savannah and I bring honesty, integrity, a vast knowledge of Kaua’i, unrelenting service and a strategically focused approach to buying and selling real estate to each and every client. We look forward to hearing from you.

😁NICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ REVIEWS: I was really worn out from being a buyer in this tough 2020/2021 housing market. I had worked with a couple different realtors in California, and then decided on moving to Kauai where I had met a couple different relators prior to meeting Amy. Amy was everything I expected a realtor to be. I was beginning to wonder if there was a realtor out there with the quality that I really wanted, and then Amy showed up. She is the real deal. My parents and my friends parents would tell me how realtors used to work really hard for their clients. This is Amy, she works so hard and yet so gracefully. She’ll totally ready to go on the marathon with you. I have so much respect and admiration for her. She exudes grace, dependability, timeliness, and remarkable negotiating skills. She was determined that I find a house that I love (almost more than me) and she really did help me get the perfect house. My personality is very detailed oriented and I ask a ton of questions, and Amy was right there form me. She was happy to answer all my questions and provide me with excellent resources. She’s very accessible, which was so wonderful. It was very scary being a first time buyer, and honestly, I don’t think I would have a house now if it wasn’t for Amy. She held my hand, and that is what I needed, and she persisted through any and all hurdles that we encountered. She always made everything better. My family and I love her so much and we are so happy that we were referred to her through our dear friends (two separate friends who did not know each other both referred her-I thought that was a good sign from the get go). -SD ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amy Marvin is an incredible real estate agent. Her attention to detail and making sure that everything goes smoothly and is handled with the upmost of care is her standard. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the details involved in obtaining real estate here on the island and selling. She understands the ins and outs of the island and its unique landscape and processes. She helped me obtain my dream home in Kilauea. Through the process of escrow ,closing and even two years later , any details and questions I have had , she has continue to take incredible care of me as a client . Anything I may need she is quick to email me and talk through any questions .She's truly phenomenal . She's kind hard-working caring and calm. I highly recommend her . If you're looking to sell or purchase a home Amy's an incredible ally. Sent with Love Ele ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE STAR! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It has been such a pleasure to work with Amy on two transactions! A long-time resident of the North Shore of Kauai, she has in-depth knowledge of the place and the people who live and work there. Amy gives and deserves respect and appreciation from her client and her fellow professionals. She will have the answers to the tough questions. Amy is tireless, attentive, warm, and charming. Robert Baker ***** FIVE STAR!*⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was unhappy with my current realtor because he/she thought the asking price should be lower than I did. A neighbor recommended I phone Amy Marvin. Although she thought the price I wanted for the house might be too high, she agreed to list it for that price and to do her best to sell it. She was interested in and enthusiastic about a special garden I had planted. The former realtor didn't have time to see it. The best thing about Amy is that she is a really nice, caring person. But she is also the most organized person I've ever known. She has everything at her fingertips because she has carefully organized it on her phone. My house sold quickly and nearly at full price. Best of all, Amy Marvin will be a cherished friend forever. Nancy Merrill ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️FIVE STAR! 1/30/2023*** Thank you, Amy! You’re the best, I could not have imagined a smoother, more efficient and pleasant process. Stephen B.
