I’ve been recognized for ensuring operational needs are being met effortlessly, whether it’s overseeing luxury homes, providing outstanding client and guest experiences, or tackling challenges as they arise. In my free time, I make the most of Maui’s incredible surroundings—whether surfing my favorite spots, enjoying a round of golf, hiking, or walking my beagle, Oakey. The time I spend outdoors brings me balance and inspiration, which translates into the way I approach my work and interactions. My connection to the island and the lifestyle it provides is reflected in everything I do, always with authenticity, purpose, and a commitment to excellence.

Recently, I've joined the Josh Jerman Team as Director of Operations and serve as an extension of the team providing support for the day to day needs. On a larger scale, I promote business development and growth for the team to drive sales and gain more listings. It is my pleasure to serve on this team that leads with integrity in all aspects.
