I literally have Kaua’i in my soul. When I first settled on Kaua’i in 1971, I lived in a treehouse with a small community of surfers drawn to Kaua’i by amazing surf breaks and seclusion. My love of, and connection to nature, inspired me to call Kaua’i home for the past 53 years. Although I have traveled the world, my heart has always been on the Garden Island, embraced by Kaua’i's unparalleled beauty and rural lifestyle. My five children were born and raised on the North Shore of Kaua’i.
When I married my husband Rick (an amazing sailor and overall water man) and settled on a secluded beachfront property at Pila'a on Kaua’i's North Shore, living completely off-the-grid, I knew that I had "arrived". We recently sold our beachfront home and purchased a Pu'u Po'a condo in Princeville. Our unit is elegant and homey. The bluff front location offers epic ocean, mountain, sunset and surf views. We can walk to the beach and the 1 Hotel within minutes. We truly feel that we have found our forever home!
After 3 decades of being a licensed Realtor (Sales)I am now fortunate enough to have one of my daughters Savannah Kinney savannahkinney@hawaiilife.com as my beautiful and amazing assistant! Born and raised on Kaua'i , she has everything it takes to wow you! We look forward to serving you!

From France to Thailand and Guatemala to Kuala Lumpur, I have traveled and sailed the world. But of all the beautiful and wonderful adventures I have experienced, I will tell you flat out, there is no place that compares to Kaua’i.
Our entire family loves to sail, swim, snorkel, surf, beachcomb, snow ski, snowboard and practice yoga,. I love to play the guitar, piano, ukulele and spend time with family and friends. Life on Kaua'i is the best!
We are loyal, hardworking, and nurturing. As realtors, Savannah and I bring honesty, integrity, a vast knowledge of Kaua’i, unrelenting service and a strategically focused approach to buying and selling real estate to each and every client. We look forward to hearing from you.

Amy
I was really worn out from being a buyer in this tough 2020/2021 housing market. I had worked with a couple different realtors in California prior to deciding to buy a house in Kauai. Then, I had worked and interviewed a couple more realtors in Kauai. Finally, I met Amy, and she was everything I expected a realtor to be. I was beginning to wonder if there really was a realtor out there with the qualities that I wanted. She is the real deal. My parents and my friend’s parents would tell me how realtors used to work so hard (like 10-20 years ago); that they used to really work for their clients. This is Amy, she works so hard and yet so gracefully. She is ready to go on the marathon with you.
I have so much respect and admiration for her. She exudes grace, dependability, timeliness and has remarkable negotiating skills. She was determined that I find a house that I love (more than me-seriously) and she really did help me get the perfect house. My personality is very detailed oriented and I ask a ton of questions. Amy was right there for me; she was happy to answer all my questions and provide me with excellent resources. She’s very accessible, which was so important. It was scary being a first time buyer, and honestly, I don’t think I would have a house now if it wasn’t for Amy. She held my hand, and that is what I needed, and she persisted through any and all hurdles that we encountered. She always made everything better. My family and I love her so much and we are so happy that we were referred to her through our dear friends (two separate friends who did not know each other, yet who both referred her-I thought that was a good sign from the get go).
I was unhappy with my current realtor because he/she thought the asking price should be lower than I did. A neighbor recommended I phone Amy Marvin. Although she thought the price I wanted for the house might be too high, she agreed to list it for that price and to do her best to sell it. She was interested in and enthusiastic about a special garden I had planted. The former realtor didn't have time to see it. The best thing about Amy is that she is a really nice, caring person. But she is also the most organized person I've ever known. She has everything at her fingertips because she has carefully organized it on her phone. My house sold quickly and nearly at full price. Best of all, Amy Marvin will be a cherished friend forever.
Thank you, Amy! You’re the best, I could not have imagined a smoother, more efficient and pleasant process.
