3 Fee Simple Kahala Condo Deals on Oahu

During the past 3 months there have been 3 new entries into the Kahala condo market.

1. Regency At Kahala

Regency At Kahala 10B, a one bedroom/one bath (MLS# 1206294), came back on the market the first week of June at $1.2 million after closing last September for the same price. The only change is new appliances and window coverings. The listing agent told me the foreign owners just had a change of heart and decided to let it go.

2. Tropic Gardens

Tropic Gardens two bedroom/two bath (MLS# 1207802) came on the market last week priced at $460K – sales are averaging $450K. It is a nice condo with 1,032 sq.ft. of living area and a clean looking interior.

3. Kahala Towers

The newest entry into the Kahala condo market is Kahala Towers A702, a two bedroom/two bath (MLS# 1208009) listed at $399K. This is interesting because there has not been a 2 bed/2 bath sale under $400K at Kahala Towers since September 2008.
