The lowest sales price was $19,000 and the high price tag was for a Hualalai Fairway Villas condo that sold at $1,800,000. This last sale helped to bring up the overall average sales price to $252,057, up from January’s average price of $191,055.

Distressed sales – short sales or bank owned REO’s – accounted for a very small percentage of sales with just 5 out of the 24 sales. This is still slightly ahead of the Hawaii state average of around 10% of sales.
