Waikoloa Village Condo Sales For August Show Good Numbers But Lower Prices

Condo sales for Waikoloa Village for August 2011 showed a fairly strong month with a total of 7 sales for the month. This is the same number as July condo sales for Waikoloa Village, so there has been some recent stability in sales.

There were four different complexes included in last months sales figures, but the overall sales average was a fairly low sales price of $121,414. This was due in large part to an incredibly low sale in Fairway Terrace of just $59,900 for a REO condo. REOs were the main sellers last month—they accounted for a full 5 of the 7 sales.

Last month was a good month for condos going into escrow with a total of 7 condos being picked up by buyers last month. At this time, there are a total of 31 condos listed for sale in Waikoloa Village. I’ll be back next month to look at September sales.
