Attention REALTORS – Cruise Hawaii and Earn Your CIPS Designation

REALTORS®: Want to cruise the Hawaiian Islands AND earn a NAR designation?

Join us for the Designation Cruise Hawaii

The West Hawaii Association of Realtors is sponsoring a “Designation Cruise” through the Hawaiian Islands October 22nd—29th. This seven day sojourn not only allows you the opportunity to visit all the major islands in a short period of time, but affords you the chance to complete all the necessary coursework to earn the coveted Certified International Property Specialist Designation.

The CIPS designation is the only one of its kind in the real estate community. Synonymous with advanced expertise, a global perspective, and distinct understanding of a global buyer, the CIPS designation comes with powerful brand recognition with designates in nearly 40 countries around the world.

For those who register by May 1st the cost is $699. After May 1st it’s $799, and includes the following courses:

  • Global Real Estate: Local Markets
  • Global Real Estate: Transaction Tools
  • Asia/Pacific & International Real Estate
  • Europe & International Real Estate
  • The Americas & International Real Estate

The instructor, David Wyant, (RB, CIPS, AHWDC, ICREA) is known for his engaging speaking style and I’m confident we’ll be swapping “Florida versus Hawaii” stories no later than our first pau hana together!

To book the cruise, go to: www.bananatreetravel.com, email yvonne@bananatreetravel.com, or call 321.745.9325. Cabins start at $1,129 (plus taxes and govt fees). Anticipated attendance include REALTORS® from Hawaii, California, Oregon, Washington, Florida, Illinois, Australia, New Zealand, China, Guam, etc.

It’s an incredible opportunity to gain international real estate education and simultaneously network with other agents from around the world. Not to mention, the opportunity to see and experience the best sights, and the most Aloha that Hawaii has to offer!
