These apartments were on the market for an average of 111 days. Currently, there are 29 properties for sale at an average price of $1,331,200.

There are a number of 2 bedroom units available where a buyer could enjoy oceanfront living in the $500,000 to $700,000 price range. Two of these are in the Diamond Head Ambassador and priced well under the 2010 average for the area.
