Aloha, I'm Akemi. With 25 years on the Big Island and a deep care for people, I guide clients through buying and selling real estate with clarity, strategy, and heart.

Born and raised in Japan, I bring a strong sense of omotenashi (genuine hospitality) to every client relationship. Many tell me my attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and follow-through go beyond expectations, even by Japanese standards. I don't just respond. I've raised three sons here and currently live in Waikoloa Village, with deep local knowledge of nearby resort areas like Waikoloa Beach, Mauna Lani, and Mauna Kea. My children attended school and played sports in Kona, so I'm closely connected to communities across the island, something that helps both relocating families and second-home buyers alike.
